Otoplasty is a procedure that is considered safe bar risks inherent in all surgery (such as infection) and produces excellent results – Ms Prousskaia would happily show examples of previous procedures as part of the consultation.
Recovery is also typically straightforward, although some strenuous activity should be avoided for a number of weeks; there will also be some swelling but this will naturally fade as the ears fully heal.
Any pain is usually mild at worst and can be managed through standard painkillers.
