About Genital Surgery

Correction of the labia has become a very popular procedure.

If you would like to improve the appearance of your labia minora – the flaps of skin surrounding the vaginal opening – this surgery can be appropriate. Some women choose this process to resolve discomfort of some kind also.

Labiaplasty Surgery Process

The excess skin, which can sometimes rub, will be removed for comfort. This can give your vagina a more youthful appearance and can also improve the quality of your love life. Liposuction or lipofilling of the mons pubis are other options available. I will help you decide on the right procedure after a conversation and examination in my clinic.

It is normal to have a second consultation, for you to ask any further questions, once you have had time to consider the different surgical options. After the decision is made we will carefully prepare for your surgery.

What Will Labiaplasty Surgery Entail?

Ms Prousskaia would normally offer you Labiaplasty Flap technique, which gives you the most natural results with very well hidden and almost invisible scars. As a female, Elena understands the importance of intimate surgery for a woman and the fact that this type of surgery should be not noticeable. The surgery is performed under general anesthetic or under local anaesthetic and sedation, in hospital and under the supervision of a Consultant Anaesthetist. The surgical time is around 1-1.5 hours. Normally it is a day case procedure, but sometimes you can stay overnight to recover better from anesthetic.

Is Labiaplasty Painful?
