Transgender patient desired to have naturally looking breast augmentation. On examination it was seen that patient has no pectoral muscle on the right sight with consequent diagnosis of Poland Syndrome. Lack of soft tissue to provide cover for the implant on the right sight made the reconstruction more complex comparing to normal breast enlargement.
Plastic Surgery was done in two stages. In a first stage tissue expander was inserted to stretch the tissue gradually. Five months down the line expanders were removed and replaced by anatomical implants. Patient now is very pleased with soft and naturally looking breasts.
Never thought I would have the chance to have my body put right, it has been a very long journey and I have much respect for Elena & Caroline as you have been there for me every step of the way.
The end result has been better than expected by myself, great skill has been used to form a breast from just nothing. If in the future I needed a opp then Elena would be my 1st choice.
